Account Management is the enterprise solution for user authentication, role management, subscriber services, and billing.
- 500,000+ users
- Used by most 130+ state applications.
- Users create usernames and passwords, change passwords
- Users opt in to subscriber services and view and manage their invoices for online services.
My Role – Project/Product Manager
- Lead teams consisting of: developers, designers, sys admins, business analysts and quality assurance to keep application security and feature set udpated
- Manage other updates to the application to increase stability as well as user experience
