Project Description
Official application of the state of Utah for online purchasing of hunting and fishing licenses. Users can purchase the 100+ license types the state offers online.
The application is also used by 400+ retailers throughout the state to sell licenses to their customers.
My Role – Project/Product Manager
- Lead teams consisting of: developers, designers, sys admins, business analysts and quality assurance to keep application security and feature set udpated
- Manage other updates to the application to increase stability as well as user experience
Success
- App responsible for issuing more than 580,000 licenses per year
- Won the 2017 Government-to-Citizen Experience Award
- Won Utah 1st Place in the Government Experience Award – one of the suite of applications
