GovPay – Utah Online Payment

Project Description
GovPay is the enterprise online payment portal that processes all transactions for the state of Utah:

• Processes over 3.3 million transactions per year
• Processes over $302 million per year
• Service Provider Level 1 PCI compliance
• Used by over 100 state divisions/agencies

My Role – Project Manager

• Ensures application meets NACHA and PCI compliance standards
• Lead teams consisting of: developers, designers, sys admins, business analysts and quality assurance to keep application security and feature set udpated
• Manage other updates to the application to increase stability as well as user experience
